4CTeams (“we”) operates a private, invite-only scheduling tool for our teams at app.4cteams.com (the “Service”). This policy explains how we handle the information Google shares with us when you sign in.
You sign in with Google. We receive your name and email address. We use them only to sign you in and identify your account within the Service. We do not receive your Google password.
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and kept in an access-controlled database. The Service is invite-only.
We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI/ML models. We share it only with the providers that run the Service on our behalf — Google (sign-in) and our hosting providers (Supabase and Cloudflare) — as needed to operate it, or if required by law.
We keep your information while your account is active. To access or delete your information, contact your organization’s administrator.
We may update this policy and will revise the effective date above.
